Yogi is the remake of Tsotsi
September 5th, 2008Director Ameer known for his unique style of filmmaking is busy now making his debut as actor with the film ‘Yogi’.
The film to be directed by Subramania Siva has Ameer himself penning story, screenplay and dialogues. Recently, in a gathering, Ameer had stated that Yogi is a film that is being inspired from a South African that centers on the life of a gangster and his heart-binding relationship with an entity.
Well, we got to find out that the exact story is what the South African Film Tsotsi carries. Critically acclaimed, the film has won rave reviews as well many international awards.
