Vijay titles next flick as MGR

MGR the three powerful letters have benn always creating magic at the Box Office for decades. In Tamil Nadu Politics, MGR’s name is still ruling the state and it is very much helpful to even his opponents to get votes.

That’s why every actor is trying hard to become like MGR in Tamil Cinema. But they never understood a point. A true MGR fan should not replace his Vaathiyar in his heart with any other actor. Without knowing this, some actors trying to mimic the legend and copy his style and costumes to get cheap publicity.

Now, it seems that Vijay is also going to join in the list. The Illayathalapathy has appeared as an ardent fan of MGR in Vaseegara, some years ago. But the viewers never recognised him as their Vaathiyar fan. But Vijay did not given up his hopes. Once again he is trying to en cash the legendary leader’s name in a film with titled MGR.

But it is only a film within a film, Pandhyam produced and directed by SAC. In the film, hero Nitin Sathya plays a fanatic fan of Vijay and goes to meet him on the sets of his hero’s film titled MGR. Perarasu is playing as the director of the film MGR in Pandhayam!
