Arjun’s next movie is Thiruvannamalai

Arjun’s next film is Thiruvannamalai and its shooting began today in Kumbakonam. The film is directed by director Perarasu.
Speaking at the launch, Perarasu said that unlike his earlier films which are full of sentiments related to relationships, this film is a commercial action film sans sentiments. He said that it is going be totally different from his other films.
The story is about a local TV channel owner (played by Arjun) who is not on good terms with corrupt politicians. How he tackles them forms the crux of the story.
This film has a newcomer, Sania Vakeel, as the female lead. Kannada actor Saikumar acts as the villain. For comic relief, the film has Karunas and Vyapuri.
