Muthulakshmi plays Veerappan’s wife onscreen

Muthulakshmi, wife of late sandalwood brigand Veerappan, will play the same role on Screen too. She will share the screen with someone, who plays the role of Veerappan in the forthcoming film of Ram Gopal Varma.

Recently, Muthulakshmi visited Mumbai and finalised everything and signed an agreement with RGV regarding this project. She told our correspondent today that she will be an advisor or consultant to the entire project till the end of the same.

“Yes, I met Ram Gopal Varma in Mumbai recently. He is one of the most trusted persons in the Industry, according to me. I don’t like to play as the onscreen wife to someone, who plays my husband’s role. But I will consider the same if there is no scenes about our marriage. It is not possible to tie nuptial knots through the hands of any actor,” she said.

According to reports, the film maker will co produce the film along with Ekta Kapoor and the writer of Sarkar Raj Prashanth Pandey will be the director.
