Sound engineer Sridhar passes away Renowned sound engineer of Kollywood Sridhar Hariharan, popularly known as H. Sridhar, passed away this morning at 8 a.m. He worked with A.R. Rahman in almost all his films. An extremely talented and experienced sound engineer, Sridhar received the National Award for Best Sound Engineering for Dil Se, Kannathil Muthamittal and Lagaan. His most recent film was Saroja. Apart from being an excellent sound engineer, Sridhar was a very good human being respected by all his colleagues. He was extremely humble and a very friendly person. Galatta mourns this great loss of film industry and expresses its condolences to his family.
