Audio launch of Alibaba

The audio release of Alibaba was held in a grand manner at Sathyam Theaters amidst leading film personalities on Tuesday. One of the producers of the film, Pattiyal Sekar was a bit nervous over whom to ask to release the first copy. However, he was quick to make a decision and asked all the guests to stand in front of a huge replica of a CD, thus making everyone feel content. Neelan G Sekar, a former associate of Vishnuvardhan is directing this film.

The movie marks the entry of Vishnuvardhan’s younger brother Krishna. Alibhabha features fresher Janani opposite Krishna, while Prakashraj, Thilakan (who have been selected for the National Award yesterday) and Biju Menon are also in the cast. Director Kasthooriraja mentioned the struggle and criticism he faced when he wanted to introduce his son Dhanush as a hero. He further added that Vishnuvardhan and his father Pattiyal Sekar too have come across the same criticism which he faced five years back.

But there is nothing to worry, as hard work will always fetch fruit. Others who participated in the function were actors Thilakan, Arya and Bharath, directors Dharani, Manobala and M Raja, producers Ramanarayanan, Sanjeev Kapur, R B Chowdry, Sivasakthi Pandian, Editor Mohan, Kaja Mydeen and K Raja.
