Ameer in Yogi

Director Ameer who amazed the audience with Paruthiveeran, is now getting ready with his next flick titled Yogi in which he dons the lead role.Yogi is directed by Subramania Siva.

The story is set in Chennai and is based on slum dwellers. According to sources the film has been shot at an overall cost of 12 crores. Also, the film’s lyricist Snehan has acted as one the three close friends of Ameer and is making a debut as an actor in this movie.

The music is composed by Yuvanshankar Raja. Yogi will soon be released a the last few scenes of the climax are being shot, and the film is expected to soon enter the post-production phase.

After completing Yogi Ameer may soon start working on Kannabhiran with Jayam Ravi in the lead.
