Asin walks out of Disney movie with Darsheel?

Asin’s smashing debut in Bollywood opposite Aamir Khan in Ghajini is wowing the world and fetched her a Filmfare Award. She has been getting tons of offers after that, but she remains level-headed and is being really picky about her future projects.

Two of Asin’s accepted forthcoming projects were reportedly with Disney Pictures. It is now said that she has walked out of one project in which her co-stars are Anupam Kher and child artist Darsheel Safary. While some say she walked out because of payment issues, others say it was due to difference of opinion. The actress is yet to comment on the issue; she has also not confirmed whether she is still acting in the second Disney film she had accepted.

Asin’s loss is Manjari Phadnis’ gain! Word has it that when Manjari was approached to replace Asin for the role, she was thrilled to accept! For Manjari, who played second fiddle in Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na, this might be the big break.
