Prabhu Deva will not act in Thangar’s film

Earlier, it was announced that Prabhu Deva would act in Thangar Bachan’s film after completing Villu. But now, news that Prabhu Deva will not be a part of Thangar Bachan’s forthcoming movie comes as a huge blow to avid fans of Tamil films, for they know the calibres of these two artists very well and what they are capable of.

It is clearly understandable that Prabhu Deva is going through a depressing phase in his life with the recent loss of his son. Hence this multi-faceted personality has decided to stay behind the camera for some time; it is said that he would prefer to direct films rather than act in them. Empathizing with him, Thangar Bachan too did not force him to reconsider his decision.
