Ghilli to be remade in Hindi

Following Ghajini and Pokkiri, it’s time to remake Vijay-Trisha starrer ‘Ghilli’ directed by Dharani. Filmmaker Adhyaman remakes the film in Hindi with Harman Baweja, Deepika Padukone and Arjun Rampal in lead roles.

We are sure there’s no need to guess the star-casts as Harman Baweja who shot to fame with Love Story 2050 plays role enacted by Vijay, Deepika Padukone as Trisha and Arjun Rampal as Prakash Raj.
K.S. Adhyaman made films like ‘Thota Sunungi’ and ‘Thoondil’ that won him laurels and now he is there for this remake.
The fame of Ghilli spread across Bollywood with the song ‘Appadi Podu’ as Abhishek Bacchan danced for it in a commercial advertisement of ‘Motorola’. Later the song was screened in various reality dance shows of western and Northern states.
